Denver Broncos wide receiver Brandon Marshall pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence today during a short hearing in Denver District Court.
Marshall was arrested in lower downtown on Oct. 22 on suspicion of drunken driving.
A trial date was set for March 24.
Marshall’s arrest came hours after he caught six passes for 77 yards in the Broncos 31-28 victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers at Invesco Field at Mile High.
Marshall was arrested in Douglas County on suspicion of domestic violence in March, but the charges were dismissed.
