InterContinental Hotels Group’s conversion of a former Holiday Inn Denver International Airport into a Crowne Plaza Hotel is nearly complete.
The $10 million, 255-room renovation will debut in the first quarter of 2008. The hotel, at 15500 E. 40th Ave., is owned by Atrium Hotels LLC and managed by John Q. Hammons Management.
