Lauth announced Tuesday the acquisition of Belleview Tower, a 12-story, Class-A office tower at 7887 E. Belleview Blvd. Lauth plans to launch a multimillion-dollar renovation for the 195,627-square- foot building. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
