Saturday. Popular music. Few Colorado women have the stage presence of Hazel Miller. Whether she’s backing up her buddy Todd Park Mohr or headlining her own gig, Miller’s presence is known. Part of her allure is that charismatic, knowing smile, sure. But mainly it comes down to Miller’s voice. You can’t not pay attention to her busty alto. Miller headlines the Soiled Dove Underground at 9 Saturday night. Reserved seating is sold out, and the remaining standing-room tickets are $10. More information: .

Saturday. Art & Music. Anyone who’s overlooked the cavalcade of thought-provoking art performances at downtown’s Object + Thought gallery can taste a representative slice this weekend with Seattle’s Pearson Wallace-Hoyt. He will be accompanied by Denver video artists H.Dot and Pants and an ambient electronic set by Barnacle. Saturday at 3559 Larimer St., 7:30-10 p.m. $5 suggested donation. Visit .
