Other Colorado companies bidding include Blanca Telephone Co., Eastern Colorado Wireless II, Farmers Telephone Co., Farmers Telecommunications Cooperative, N.E. Colorado Wireless Technologies and Union Telephone Co., which operates in northwestern Colorado but is based in Wyoming.
