LARAMIE — Justyna Podziemska scored 20 points to lead No. 24 Wyoming to a 73-35 victory over Westminster College Wednesday.

Jodi Bolerjack added 13 points, while Hillary Carlson had 12 for the Cowgirls (11-1).

The Griffins (12-2) held the game close early in the first half, but a 3-pointer by Podziemska sparked a 28-12 run that gave the Cowgirls a 39-24 halftime lead.

    Willis Gardner had 19 points and Andre McFarland 17 for the Rams (5-5), who stayed close by hitting 11-of-22 shots from 3-point range.

  • corvallis, ore. Oregon State (6-4) outscored Northern Colorado 11-2 in the final four minutes to pull out a comeback win.

    Jabril Banks scored a game-high 17 points for Northern Colorado (5-5).

    Metro State 88, Johnson & Wales 55

  • Marquise Carrington had 24 points to lead Metro State in a nonconference game at Manual High School.

    The Roadrunners forced 25 turnovers, while committing just 12 of their own.
