Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield was the state’s largest health insurer this year, according to figures compiled by the Colorado Managed Care Newsletter.
Anthem had 753,851 members as of June 30, compared with 770,884 members in mid-2006, according to the newsletter. It was followed this year by UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Kaiser Permanente and Cigna.
