Catherine Anderson has placed a conservation easement on her 17.5-acre property in Cherry Hills Village.

The property, which spans the High Line Canal on the south side of Quincy Avenue, boasts the oldest intact farm house in the village and meadows, trees, wildlife habitat and scenic vistas.

Legal title to the property will be vested in the city of Cherry Hills Village. The conservation easement initially will be held by Colorado Open Lands. The Cherry Hills Land Preserve is in line to hold the easement in the future.
