Shop for gifts, then a condo
A Four Seasons Boutique opened in Vail last week in conjunction with the luxury residence club’s Real Estate Gallery.
A new law on the books in Vail prohibits real estate offices from opening at street level, so the residence club’s marketing people worked with Four Seasons to establish a boutique on Bridge Street with the sales office upstairs.
The boutique will offer a variety of Four Seasons logo wear, including Patagonia fleece jackets, camp shirts, golf shirts, golf balls and Four Seasons robes.
It also will sell products from Colorado artisans, including bronze sculpture, jewelry, photo graphy, handmade baby blankets and all-natural candles.
Builders get into giving
Local homebuilders contributed $600,000 worth of labor and materials this year to help HomeAid develop housing for the temporarily homeless.
Village Homes, 5-Star Construction, John Laing Homes and Beazer Homes all contributed time and materials for projects along the Front Range.
Six projects are slated for completion or groundbreaking in 2008. The projects will serve Colorado’s transitionally homeless population for years to come.
