Pfizer Inc., the world’s biggest drugmaker, will collaborate with closely held MDx Inc. to develop gene-based tests for cancer and inflammation.
Pfizer will make an equity investment in Boulder, Colorado- based MDx, and provide research and development funding for the project, MDx said today in a Market Wire statement. Financial terms were not disclosed.
