The three-story buildings at Highlands Ranch Healthcare Plaza total 80,000 square feet and have 335 parking spaces. They house a mix of medical services, including family practice, dermatology, orthodontics, onsite lab, an after-hours urgent-care center and a pharmacy.
Grubb & Ellis Healthcare REIT purchased the property from BRCP Highlands Ranch LLC.
