A man who was at the wheel of a vehicle in a rollover accident Saturday has died, and the 3-year-old girl who was riding with him is in the hospital.
The accident happened at 11:55 p.m. at Colorado Boulevard and Ninth Avenue.
The vehicle was driving northbound on Colorado “at a very high rate of speed when the driver lost control. It struck the median, which resulted in the car rolling over,” said Denver police spokesman John White.
The girl was taken to Denver Health Medical Center. Police have not yet identified the two. White had no information Sunday afternoon on how the girl was doing.
