DENVER—The Colorado Avalanche have reassigned forward Brad Richardson to the AHL Lake Erie Monsters.
Richardson has had a goal and two assists in 14 games for the Avalanche this season.
He was activated from the injured reserve list Dec. 27 after missing five games with a shoulder injury. He has recorded one assist in three games since he was activated.
