DOUGLAS COUNTY — The coroner’s office today identified a body found near a white Mercedes SUV on Happy Canyon Road as that of 61-year-old Henry Blair of Castle Rock.
A passer-by located the body Sunday night and sheriff’s detectives found signs of trauma and labled the cause of death suspicious.
The body was found on the west side of Interstate 25 just off the Happy Canyon Road interchange.
The official cause of death is pending final autopsy.
The sheriff advised the community that the incident appeared to be isolated and there are no apparent concerns for public safety.
