CHICAGO — Sun-Times Media Group Inc. plans to sell its flagship newspaper, the Chicago Sun-Times, said Dan Miller, the business editor who resigned Thursday.
The Chicago-based company is actively looking for a buyer for the newspaper, Miller said in a telephone interview. Sun-Times spokeswoman Tammy Chase declined to comment on plans for the newspaper. Potential buyers include hedge funds, newspaper companies and individuals, Miller said.
