• Make it a crime for a person who is a citizen of another country to be in the state in violation of federal immigration laws. First violation of “trespassing by an illegal alien” is a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of up to $500. Three or more violations would be a Class 4 felony.
• Require a publisher of college textbooks and supplemental learning materials to post information concerning the price of textbooks, the history of substantive revisions and the estimated length of time the book will be on the market.
• Bar the use of computers to deceive Internet sites to obtain tickets to events after the Colorado Rockies were forced to halt sales of World Series tickets due to a “malicious” computer attack.
• Require the Department of Revenue to allow motorists to register their vehicles every two years.
