FORT COLLINS, Colo.—A man wanted in a Greeley shooting death has been arrested by a SWAT team in Fort Collins after a standoff at an apartment complex.

Police say 25-year-old John Paul Romero was arrested Friday after officers used gas and a sound diversionary device to force him out of the apartment.

Romero is wanted by Greeley police in the January 5th death of 44-year-old Jose Luis Luna.

Fort Collins police say they arrested two other people who were in the apartment with Romero.

Anthony George Dibentto and Marcella Rodriguez are being held for investigation of being an accessory to crime and failing to leave upon the request of an officer.
