WALLDORF, Germany — SAP AG, the biggest maker of business-management software, will work with International Business Machines Corp. to develop a program that combines information from both companies’ products.
The software will link IBM’s Lotus Notes e-mail and document-sharing software with SAP’s corporate products, the companies said Monday.
