Aurora police are investigating a homicide in the 3200 block of South Helena Street.
The crime was reported about 2 p.m. today.
When police arrived at the home they found a woman dead inside. An adult male at the home was taken into custody.
Police spokesman Bob Friel said it appeared to be a case of domestic violence
Two children were in the home at the time, but they were not injured.
Police did not release names of those involved.
