COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.—No damage was reported from a minor earthquake that rattled windows from Westcliffe to Canon City, the U.S. Geological Survey’s National Earthquake Information Center said.

The earthquake at 8:49 p.m. Friday was a magnitude 3.1, which is near the lowest magnitude that can be felt by humans, the center said.

The epicenter was about 20 miles west of Canon City.
