Republican Sen. John McCain, right, is skipping President Bush’s State of the Union address tonight even though Democratic candidates Barack Obama and Hillary Rodham Clinton, also U.S. senators, plan to attend. “We’ll be campaigning here,” McCain said Sunday in Florida, where he is locked in a tight campaign with former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney in the state’s primary, which will be held Tuesday.
