LARAMIE — The Wyoming Highway Patrol says a trooper seized 79 pounds of high-grade marijuana in a speeding stop on Interstate 80 west of Cheyenne this past weekend.
Patrol officials say they arrested 32-year-old Mena Agustin of Fresno, Calif., who was driving a Chevrolet rental car and going 80 mph in a 75-mph zone. The marijuana was believed to be destined for Illinois.
