Frontier Airlines Holdings Inc. shareholder Yong Ping Duan boosted his stake by more than 65 percent to become the carrier’s second-largest investor.
Duan increased his holdings in Denver-based Frontier to more than 3.4 million shares, or 9.3 percent of the company’s outstanding shares, according to a regulatory filing.
