BOWLING GREEN, KY. — The Sun Belt Conference-leading Hilltoppers pulled away Saturday with a 14-1 run in the second half, spoiling the Pioneers’ upset bid.

DU (7-14, 2-8 Sun Belt) was down by 12 points early in the second half when freshman Abby Leichliter made back-toback 3-pointers to pull the Pioneers within six points.

    TCU 67, Air Force 49

  • AIR FORCE ACADEMY — Adrienne Ross scored 13 of her game-high 18 points in the second half to lead the Horned Frogs (12-9, 5-2 MWC) to the win.

    TCU led by four points at halftime, then broke the game open with a 10-2 run to open the second half.

    Senior Pamela Findlay led the Falcons (7-12, 1-6) with 14 points.

  • KEARNEY, NEB. — The Lopers (18-5, 11-2) moved into first place in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference’s East Division with the hard-fought win that stopped Metro State’s (14-7, 10-3) nine-game win streak.

    The game featured 13 ties and 11 lead changes.

    CU-Colorado Springs 52, Colorado Mines 47

  • COLORADO SPRINGS — Tonya Tripp and Nancy Hoist each scored 10 points to lead the Mountain Lions (10-14, 4-9 RMAC). Emily Dalton led Mines (10-13, 5-8) with 12 points.
