EMPIRE — Clear Creek County authorities say they are searching for four snowmobilers who are presumed lost in the Jones Pass Area.
Rescue workers from the sheriff’s office and the Alpine Rescue Team are continuing search efforts this morning after an overnight search proved unsuccessful. Authorities say two of missing are teenagers.
Search teams say they are worried about worsening weather in the area as another storm nears the high country. The group was reported missing Sunday evening.
