Time Warner Telecom, a Douglas County-based provider of managed voice- and data- networking solutions, posted a net loss of $5.3 million, or 4 cents per share, for the quarter ended Dec. 31. That compared with a loss of $24.8 million, or 18 cents per share, in the same period of 2006.

Revenue for the quarter was $279.5 million, up from $238.8 million in the same period a year ago. For the year, the telecom exceeded $1 billion for the first time, posting $1.084 billion.
