WILMINGTON, Del. — IAC/InterActive Corp’s board can’t raise pay for senior executives or pursue a planned spinoff until a legal dispute with Douglas County-based Liberty Media Corp. is resolved under restrictions approved Thursday by a Delaware judge.
Chancery Judge Stephen Lamb signed an order submitted Wednesday by lawyers for both companies. The order requires directors of IAC to give Liberty five days’ notice before taking any action beyond routine operations.
