STERLING, Colo.—A South Dakota man whose car was checked after a traffic stop has pleaded guilty to possessing at least eight ounces of marijuana.
Lyle Ferguson, 43, was arrested Dec. 5 after a Colorado State Patrol dog alerted a trooper to a bag in the back seat of a vehicle Ferguson was driving on Interstate 76. More than 16 pounds of marijuana was found inside, the (Sterling) Journal-Advocate reported.
