Shimano American Corp. has agreed to buy Broomfield- based Pearl Izumi, a maker of apparel and footwear for cycling and running, from Nautilus Inc. for $69.5 million.
The transaction consists of $65.3 million in cash and the assumption of $4.2 million in debt.
