PUEBLO, Colo.—A Powerball ticket sold in Colorado Springs matched the first five numbers Saturday to win the game’s second prize of $200,000.
The Colorado Lottery says the ticket was sold at a Loaf ‘N Jug convenience store on South Academy Boulevard.
Saturday’s winning numbers were 3-4-8-20-and-49. The Powerball was 18 and the multiplier was 3.
The Colorado Springs ticket was one of six sold across the country to hit only the first five numbers. The other tickets were sold in Arizona, Idaho and Pennsylvania.
The ticket holder has 180 days from February 16th to claim the prize.
Powerball was created in 1992 and launched in Colorado in 2001.
It’s now played in 29 states, the District of Columbia and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
