TeleTech Holdings Inc., a Douglas County-based customer-service management provider, said an audit committee found the company improperly accounted for some stock-option grants.
The mistakes didn’t come from “willful misconduct,” chief executive Kenneth Tuchman said Wednesday in a statement. The committee started the review in September after the company’s legal department found some errors in compensation awards, TeleTech said.
The review evaluated more than 4,200 awards from the company’s 1996 initial public offering through August.
The company will restate financial results for 2005, 2006 and the first two quarters of 2007.
