A Longmont man paid more than $2 million at auction Thursday for a home in Cherry Hills Village.
Entrepreneur Israel Salazar outbid 21 other registered bidders for the house, which had been listed for $3.4 million.
The National Auction Group of Gadsden, Ala., conducted the sale.
Salazar is founder of TSN Inc., a distribution company specializing in convenience- store and grocery-store supplies. In 2002, he was ranked among the nation’s 75 wealthiest Latinos by Hispanic Business Magazine.
