Colorado’s average price for self-service regular gasoline rose 4 cents Monday to $3 a gallon, the first time prices have hit $3 in February, according to AAA.
A year ago, the Colorado average was $2.24. Denver’s average price Monday was $2.95. The national average Monday was $3.09.
