Xcel Energy said Thursday it is seeking bids for up to 150 megawatts of new wind-power generation.
The company wants power to be flowing by 2012. Proposals are due April 11.
Xcel said in November it wants to add 800 megawatts of wind generation by 2015 as part of its latest resource-acquisition plan.
