ATLANTA — A Georgia iron worker and his wife turned in their winning Mega Millions lottery ticket Monday and claimed the $275 million jackpot. Robert Harris, 47, of Portal said he picked the winning numbers for Friday’s multistate drawing by using his grandchildren’s birthdays.
