Gov. Bill Ritter is in the mix as a potential running mate for the Democrats’ eventual presidential nominee, according to a New York Times report. Also named were Gov. Janet Napolitano of Arizona, Gov. Kathleen Sebelius of Kansas, Gov. Ted Strickland of Ohio and Gov. Edward Rendell of Pennsylvania. Ritter has not been approached, nor would he consider being someone’s running mate, his spokesman said.
