TRINIDAD, Colo.—An elevated section of Interstate 25 in Trinidad has reopened after a 4 1/2-hour shutdown for inspection and maintenance.
The highway closed at 9 a.m. Thursday. Traffic was diverted onto Trinidad streets until it reopened at about 1:30 p.m.
