FORT LEWIS COLLEGE: Kevin Britz has been named the new director of the Center of Southwest Studies. He replaces interim director Jeanne Brako.
FOREST OIL CORP.: Announced that James Lightner will become the next nonexecutive chairman of the board. Lightner will succeed Forrest Hoglund, who has decided to retire when his term expires in May. Lightner, a partner and the chief executive of Orion Energy Partners, has been a member of Forest’s board since 2004 and serves as the chairman of the compensation committee.
REGIS LEARNING SOLUTIONS: Named Michael Vaughan as president, succeeding Peggy Steele, who will remain CEO and a member of the board.
PROLOGIS: Appointed Lawrence Jackson to the company’s board of trustees. Jackson is head of global procurement for Wal-Mart.
UDR INC.: Named Warren Troupe to the new position of senior executive vice president and general counsel.
CLEAR TECHNOLOGY: Announced that Tim Crossley will assume the position of managing director, Europe.
KAMLET SHEPHERD & REICHERT LLP: Elected two partners, Rebecca Almon in the environment, energy and resources practice group, and Trygve Kjellsen in the corporate and securities group.
INFONOW CORP.: Appointed Keith Knowles vice president of marketing and Joe Zurawski vice president of business development.
