Ingredients

  One part unpasteurized vinegar (such as Bragg Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar)

  One part red or white wine

  More wine as needed

Directions

In a large-mouthed glass jar, mix one part vinegar with one part wine. Leave uncovered in a warm place for three weeks, shaking the vinegar every couple of days.

After three weeks, add enough wine to double the volume of the mixture. Leave uncovered for three more weeks.
