An attorney for the trustee in Centennial Airport-based Adam Aircraft’s Chapter 7 bankruptcy case said the trustee has nondisclosure agreements with about 10 parties interested in buying the whole estate.
John Smiley also said in bankruptcy court Monday the company had considered filing for Chapter 11 reorganization instead of Chapter 7, but debtor-in-possession financing didn’t come through.
