A Rocky Mountain News photographer fumbled his camera gear during a House Finance Committee hearing on the state’s conservation easement program Tuesday, drawing the attention of lawmakers and the public.
During the commotion, Rep. Douglas Bruce, R-Colorado Springs, who kicked a News photographer this year for taking his picture during a prayer, quipped, “It wasn’t me.”
