The 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on Thursday granted the government’s request to have until April 30 to file a petition for a rehearing of the criminal insider trading case of former Qwest chief executive Joe Nacchio.
A three-judge panel on Monday overturned Nacchio’s conviction on 19 counts of illegal insider trading and granted him a new trial.
