Frontier Airlines announced it has completed the sale of four of its Airbus jets to VTB Leasing, which will lease the planes to Rossiya Russian Airlines.
Skyworks Leasing facilitated the sale of two of Frontier’s 49 A319 jets and two of its 11 A318 jets. Frontier did not disclose financial terms.
Frontier announced in January its plan to sell four of the 22 Airbus jets it owned as part of a plan to cut costs.
