COLORADO SPRINGS — A 20-year-old man was arrested Sunday on allegations he had racist motives when he allegedly threatened two African-American men with a stun gun in a parking lot, according to Colorado Springs police reports.
Alexander Grunden was booked in the El Paso County jail on charges of bias-motivated improper use of a stun gun, menacing and harassment.
The two men told police three white men jumped out of a red Suzuki at 10:30 p.m. Friday. The victims said one man came toward them, turning the stun gun on while making racial insults.
Police said charges are pending for a second, unidentified suspect.
