Whether you’re planning to do the Subaru Elephant Rock cycling event June 1 or just want to improve your bicycle skills and knowledge, REI is offering a training seminar at 7 tonight at its flagship store, 1416 Platte St. JDS SportCoaching, CU Sports Medicine and Elephant Rock organizers designed the evening to prepare beginner-to-intermediate cyclists for summer rides. Seminars on nutrition, preventive medicine, safety and Elephant Rock will be included; $5 donations will be collected for Bicycle Colorado.
