The design-build team of Hensel Phelps Construction Co. of Greeley and Denver-based Fentress Architects has been awarded a $60.6 million contract for the expansion of the National Maritime Intelligence Center in Suitland, Md. The 184,000- square-foot addition will accommodate 775 additional personnel.
