• Because of a reporting error, the name of the director of development for the Women’s Vision Leadership Institute was incorrect in a review Sunday of the book “Her Story” on Page 13E. The correct spelling is Jill Marce.
• Because of an editing error, a headline Tuesday on Page 2B misstated who had been ordered to release previously sealed parts of the indictment against Aaron Thompson in the death of his daughter Aarone. The state Supreme Court ordered the judge in the case, not prosecutors, to release the documents.
• Clarification: A story on Page 8K of the Business section Sunday stated that Qwest chief financial officer John Richardson’s departure adds to a growing list of executives who have left the company since chief executive Ed Mueller took over in August. Richardson is the second executive to leave since Mueller joined Qwest.
