President Bush is giving three commencement speeches this spring, including one May 28 at the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs and one in a Kansas town recovering from a killer tornado. His first address will be May 4 in Greensburg, Kan., which was ripped to pieces last year by a tornado. Bush will speak at the high school commencement in Greensburg on the first anniversary of the tornado. He will speak May 31 at Furman University in Greenville, S.C. The Associated Press
