The industrial real estate market in the Denver metro area demonstrated a mixed pace during the first quarter, Frederick Ross Co. said in a report issued this week.
Overall vacancy remained below 7 percent for the third consecutive quarter and rental rates have remained steady. However, several large moves resulted in the first negative absorption in six quarters, driven by Furniture Row Companies condensing their operations to 603,000 square, from 960,000 square feet.
