MARGARITA PIZZA
Pizza sauce
Fresh basil leaves
Mozzarella cheese
Thinly sliced tomatoes
MEDITERRANEAN PIZZA
Olive oil
Pesto
Kalamata olives
Sun-dried tomatoes
Artichoke hearts
Feta cheese
MEXICAN PIZZA
Salsa or hot sauce
Cheddar and Monterey jack cheese
Roasted Anaheim peppers
Pico de gallo
Directions
Sprinkle matzo with water or olive oil. Spread sauce on matzo, top with vegetables and cheese. Bake on cookie sheet or pizza stone at 400 for 5-7 minutes, until cheese is melted and brown.
